Samsung Galaxy Tab Activation Bypassed

Here's a neat little trick for the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Suppose you bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab from a mobile operator then you likely have a fixed monthly data plan with associated costs.

  However, some users have acquired one without a contract or data plan. In this situation you need to be able to activate it. The clever chaps over at Droid Life have discovered how to do this. 

 

In fact its easy-peasy as follows : Press "Volume UP" once, next press "Volume Down" twice, then "Volume Up" three times followed by pressing "Volume Down" four times and activation is now bypassed.

 

You can now surf away via Wi-Fi on your un-activated Samsung Galaxy Tab.
